This website is operated by VardedVeins as an online retail platform specialising in handheld gaming consoles and related accessories.

All content on this website — including logos, product images, text, graphics, and design — is the property of VardedVeins or its respective rights holders and is protected under applicable EU and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.

Third-party brand names and product trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners. VardedVeins is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any console manufacturer unless explicitly stated.


3. Product Sales, Pricing & Availability

All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable VAT in accordance with EU VAT Directive 2006/112/EC, unless otherwise stated. Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or product descriptions, though we will notify you of any pricing discrepancies before processing your order.


4. Consumer Rights & Statutory Guarantees

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us at support@vardedveins.com within this period. Return shipping costs may apply.

Under the EU Sale of Goods Directive (2019/771), all products sold by VardedVeins carry a minimum 2-year legal guarantee against defects existing at the time of delivery. This statutory guarantee does not affect any additional manufacturer warranty that may apply.

5.7 Right to Lodge a Complaint

As a business operating in Ontario, Canada, VardedVeins is subject to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Canada's federal private-sector privacy law. Ontario does not have a substantially similar provincial privacy law for the private sector; therefore, PIPEDA applies in full.

VardedVeins adheres to the 10 Fair Information Principles that form the foundation of PIPEDA:
