Shipping Policy:
The shipping times for an order may vary by location. Generally, orders take between 6-13 business days to be processed and shipped within the US, Canada, and Worldwide. All orders are shipped with express when available. An order can arrive faster by choosing the custom express shipping method when available.
International Shipping — Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. VardedVeins collects applicable taxes at checkout where required by law; however, import duties, customs fees, and any remaining taxes not collected at checkout remain the sole responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon delivery to your local customs authority or carrier.
VardedVeins is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, nor for packages refused or abandoned due to unpaid duties. Refused shipments will not be refunded for original shipping costs.
Region-Specific Thresholds & Warnings
Australia: Orders under AUD $1,000: 10% GST applies, collected at checkout. Orders at or above AUD $1,000: Additional customs duty (0–5% depending on product classification) plus GST calculated on the dutiable value will be assessed and collected by Australian Border Force upon delivery.
European Union: (Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden) Orders under €150: VAT may be collected at checkout. Orders at or above €150: Import VAT at your country's applicable rate plus any applicable customs duties will be assessed and collected by your national customs authority upon delivery. EU customs clearance fees from your local carrier may also apply.
South Korea: Orders under KRW 150,000 (~USD $110): Generally duty-free under Korea's de minimis threshold. Orders at or above KRW 150,000: Import duties and VAT (10%) will be assessed upon delivery by Korea Customs Service.
All Other International Destinations: Customs regulations, duties, and import taxes vary by country and are entirely the buyer's responsibility. We strongly recommend consulting your local customs authority before ordering if you are uncertain about applicable import costs.
General Conditions:
- Import duties and taxes are non-refundable by VardedVeins under any circumstances.
- Customs processing times are outside our control and are not included in estimated delivery windows.
- If a shipment is seized, held, or destroyed by customs due to local import restrictions on the ordered goods, VardedVeins assumes no liability.
- By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept full responsibility for any and all import fees, duties, and taxes applicable in your destination country.
