What is your refund policy?

We have a 15-day return policy. At VardedVeins, we will be happy to accept returns & refunds for faulty, damaged, or broken item(s) within 15 days of delivery.

A request for refund/exchange must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in their original packaging. Any items that appear to have been damaged or altered in any way will be refused. For a successful return process, the item(s) must be returned to us before the refund or exchange can be issued. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Sometimes, some assistance can correct the problem without further intervention.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items because:

Change of mind, no longer wanted the item.
Not knowing how to use the item.
Purchasing the item by accident.
Inability to identify/provide the order associated with you, no receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I begin the Return process?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You may submit a Return Request by emailing us for help at: support@vardedveins.com.

Where do I send my Return items?
We will provide you with the full address details once your return has been authorised. Please do not return any items before requesting a refund by email and receiving confirmation.

How long will it take to process my Refund?
When we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. We will send you an email once VardedVeins has processed your refund. Credit Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to clear back into your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original payment method. Refunds for returns apply to the original purchase price of the item only. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at: support@vardedveins.com.

Are Returns free?
The shipping cost of returning item(s) to us for an exchange or refund is not covered or reimbursed by us. The Buyer is responsible for incurred costs if the item(s) do not come back to us in its original condition or if the item is lost in the delivery process or post. We kindly ask you use recorded delivery.

Do I need Wi-Fi to play?
No, Wi-Fi is not required. To download, update or migrate files; Wi-Fi may be required. All games can be played anywhere, anytime- even offline.

How well do the games run?
The majority of games run excellent out of the box, though some advanced titles may require setting tweaks.

What systems, emulators and/or simulators are built in?
From Classic 8-bit and 16-bit consoles, to 90's handhelds, legendary arcade machines, and early 2.5D/3D systems from the 90s and early to late 2000s.

Does it come with a memory card?
Most devices are equip with a microSD from the manufacturer pre-loaded with ROMs and OS. Devices which DO NOT come with a microSD card are described in the products "Capacity" section at the top of each page; usually with the term: "No Card".

It is highly recommended that you purchase a brand new microSD card from one of the trusted brands through our store: Samsung and SanDisk. Surprising! It's not for everyone; for plug and play, another type of device or a dedicated console is better. But if you like to research and set up your own space, it's ideal. You can add it from Switch and Xbox 360 games and earlier (and indie PC games, and now with lossless scaling some heavier ones but not triple AAA mainly because you'll see a lot of artifacts and the temperature is unsustainable with battery usage for normal gaming sessions). I feel that as technology advances, it will get better. Some of them don't bother me but could be improved from highest to lowest priority, such as another angle of inclination for the upper screen, optimizing the ventilation system (it's not bad, but with steam chambers and liquid-cooled phones existing nowadays, they could look at other alternatives or optimize it), the second joystick is not very ergonomic, and considering that they are imitating another console, they could make the lower screen the size of the new one, for example.
